<p>Veteran actress <a href="http://ift.tt/1ROlUE5; target="_blank">Patty Duke died March 29</a> at the age of 69 after suffering from a <a href="http://ift.tt/22YI6x8; target="_blank">ruptured intestine</a>. Born Anna Marie Duke in Queens on Dec. 14, 1946, the actress found Hollywood as a child star. She counted dozens of roles over the course of her career, earning a Best Actress Oscar and a Most Promising Newcomer -- Female Golden Globe for her role in <em>The Miracle Worker</em> (1962), and a Best Actress Golden Globe for <em>Me, Natalie</em> (1969).
